Job Description

Please note: We are looking to fill this position ASAP and need an individual who can start employment in April.
Job Description:

To provide expertise in all operational aspects in the lab and area of food development.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can monitor the production line to ensure our products meet our acceptable quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist with food research, development, and quality control
Find ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality of goods.
Ensure food product is fit for distribution.
Use mathematical and chemical procedures to find percentages of ingredients and formulas.
Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning or sterilizing.
Perform laboratory tests to ensure products meet set specifications
Good inventory and management skills

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Qualification: MINIMUM: Plus 2 required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft software (Excel).
Work Experience: More than 1 year preferred
