Food Safety Officer/ No.of. Posts: 02

i) A degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Bio-technology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Services or Bio-Chemistry or Micro Biology or Master's Degree Chemistry or a Degree in Medictne from a recognized University. ii) Qualification required under F.S.S. Rules 2011 as will be amended time to time. iii) Has successfully completed training as specified by the Food Authority in a recogntzed Institute or Institution approved for the purpose.

Scale of Pay & Grade Pay Pay Level — 11 of the Pay Matrix of ROPA 2019.

Age Limit:18-39 years.

Application Fees:Application Fee: (Non-Refundable) 1) Application fee for U R. & O B.C. (A & B) candidates is Rs_ 150=00 (Rupees One hundred and Fifty) plus Processing Charges Rs. 50=00 (Rupees Fifty) plus Rs, 20=00 (Rupees Twenty) towards Bank Charges for Challan deposit. 2) For S C , ST & P 04. candidates only Processing Charges Rs. 50=00 (Rupees Fifty) Plus Rs. 20=00 (Rupees Twenty) towards Bank Charges for Challan deposit.

Its predecessor, however, was Municipal Service Commission constituted under the Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, which came into being with effect from 22nd March, 1984. The predecessor of Municipal Service Commission was the Calcutta Municipal Service Commission which came into being with effect from January 1954.
