Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
Research and develop new food products from concept to commercialization, considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional value, and cost.
Conduct experiments, trials, and sensory evaluations to optimize formulations and achieve desired product characteristics.
Collaborate with the R&D team to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address potential issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about food safety regulations and ensure that products comply with local, national, and international standards.
Assist in obtaining necessary certifications and approvals for new and existing products.
Work with regulatory agencies to address any compliance issues.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills:
