Position: FPC Manager

Location:Churachandpur,Manipur                                                                                                  CTC-: Negotiable 

The key expectations of the role:

1.  Creating, mentoring & registering FPCs/Entrepreneurs to become economically viable units by:

a) Identifying & motivating farmers

b) Creating & implementing business plans

c) Ensuring legal compliances

d) Facilitating market linkages to ensure marketing of all produce.

e) Managing project/field team 

Competencies required:

Knowledge

 Knowledge of FPC formation & management.

 Experience of working in organization’s outside of North East in a leadership position.

 Knowledge and understanding of agriculture/aquaculture/animal husbandry

  practices.

 Strong business acumen, with ability to handle negotiation and discussion.

 Results driven and having a strong bias for action.

 Initiative and drive.

 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 

Education and Experience 

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline.

• 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role.

• Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

• Must know local dialect (Garo).
