As a Franchise Relations and Support Coordinator you will have the opportunity to learn about small business operations based on the responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support services to an assigned geographical territory of franchise offices.
- Assist franchises with multiple UPS-related processes.
- Maintain and administer various UPS Processes, including Daily Stops, Address/Name Change and others as requested by management.
- Maintain UPS FAQ’s document on SupportNet.
- Support all Freight products and processes
- Educate and support franchises with any channel conflict, both with UPS directly and with other resellers.
- Support franchises in relation to the Shared Account Policy.
- Support franchises with Unishippers technology tools, including UONE, Express Manager and Freight Manager.
- Receive incoming telephone calls from customers, franchisees, administrative staff and carriers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Communicate with franchise owners, customers, carriers and support staff
- Handle conflicts that arise and resolve them in timely and helpful manner,
- Process development experience,
- Prioritize, handle multiple tasks and stay organized,
- Computer proficiency with MS Office at an intermediate level in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience working with a franchise organization helpful.
- Associates degree, preferred.
