Job Description

Must have recruitment experience into IT or Non-IT.
Location: Work from Home (those who can Support us only in Bangalore).
Payout = (Exactly 20% of Billing) per closure.
Kindly Note: No Salary this is a freelance work from home job, We will share Commission exactly 20% of the Client Payouts.

  • Should be able to submit the profiles within a given Turn around Time.
  • Work at your own convenient time.
  • Source Candidates for Job Requirements.
  • Should have good knowledge of sourcing candidates from Portals and social media.
  • Should know the recruitment process starting from searching the job profile till scheduling and getting successful interviews done.
