Fresher Junior Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:-
- Active participation in Prexel’s 3Es Program (Program to grow exponentially professionally and personally)
- Understand client’s requirement (Job description)
- Prepare a first contact email with the job description
- Source potential candidates from different job boards (Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.)
- Match applicants to job openings
- Screen potential candidates via email, text, phone, and video call (Follow the complete Closing checklist)
- Discuss credentials, nature of the job, and client’s shortlisting process with potential candidates
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Request rate confirmation and RTR from candidates
- Rephrase resumes of possible candidates as per the client’s requirement
- Inform candidate about client's decision or feedback
- Source potential profiles for future job openings
- Maintain resume-library and daily submission tracker.
