Fresher Junior Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:-

• Active participation in Prexel’s 3Es Program (Program to grow exponentially professionally and personally)
• Understand client’s requirement (Job description)
• Prepare a first contact email with the job description
• Source potential candidates from different job boards (Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.)
• Match applicants to job openings
• Screen potential candidates via email, text, phone, and video call (Follow the complete Closing checklist)
• Discuss credentials, nature of the job, and client’s shortlisting process with potential candidates
• Negotiate salary and benefits
• Request rate confirmation and RTR from candidates
• Rephrase resumes of possible candidates as per the client’s requirement
• Inform candidate about client's decision or feedback
• Source potential profiles for future job openings
• Maintain resume-library and daily submission tracker.
