Responsibilities and Duties

Answers telephone.
Transmits and receives telephone messages and sets up guests’ wake-up calls.
Need to handle telephonic calls and routing them to concerned departmentDate stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts. Operates the front office computer system. Makes photocopies if needed.
Handling visitors
should have good communication skills
handling courier, attendance and other admin activities.
Sorting and recording information and data in system records
