We are looking for a reliable Front Desk Administrator who will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the coaching staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls and inquiries about the gym, programs, and personal training.
Create membership profiles, and assist members in updating personal, financial and other data.
Assist coaches with session set up, clean up, and overall gym cleanliness.Organize and maintain front desk area.

Requirements:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic Computer skills.
Motivated and proactive personality.
Some experience with customer service.
