Greet visitors and guests and direct them to correct point of contact.
Performs scheduling tasks including: calendar coordination; reserve conference rooms and tele-conference services
Perform basic administrative task also interact with partners and compare quotes regarding any arrangement
Take up any other front desk operations and maintain office supplies
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Additional Information:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels
