Greet and guide guests in a friendly and helpful manner, and address queries respectfully, face-to-face or on the telephone
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.
Maintain employee and department directories to give right directions and instructions
Make guests feel welcome and comfortable by offering them refreshments and accommodating special requests, whenever possible
Answer basic queries regarding the business and stay up-to-date on products and services (hours of operation, rates, packages, discounts, offers, etc.)
Develop detailed knowledge about payment policies, booking, cancellation, centre’s key personnel, services, outlets, etc.
Understand and use mails, parcels, message delivery, distribution of incoming and outgoing mails or calls according to priority
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and regulations
Notify housekeeping of all check-ins, check-outs, special requests, etc.
Record and report any discrepancies or unusual occurrences to on duty Shift Leader.
Contribute to team efforts by fulfilling related tasks as required.
