Car Leasing * Role would require to manage the operations of car lease.
* Manage contracts & agreements.
* Manage escalations.
Cab booking * Managing bookings of cabs.
* Managing escalations.
Forex Arrangements
* Issue forex to staff as per details approved on T&E.
* Assist staff to sale pending forex available post trip.
Travel Booking assistance
* Ensuring the company policy is adhered to.
* Manage escalations.
Vendor Management
* Ensure that all vendor contract are in place.
* Enrolling new vendors when necessary
* Coordinating with vendors for quotation and
submitting for approval
* Raising Purchase Requisition on SAP
* Ensuring all invoices are received on time and
billed correctly
