About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage front desk area
2. Ensure the front desk is kept presentable
3. Ensure visitors are attended to politely and promptly
4. Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, sign-out, and security procedures as per company policies
5. Attend all outgoing/incoming calls and redirect them to an appropriate team
members
6. Check, sort, and forward received letters, packages, etc. to an appropriate team member
7. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
8. Perform activities assigned by the team members
9. Ensure training and compliance for all team members
10. Assign, track progress of training assigned to team members
11. Ensure training transcripts are completed for all training
12. Ensure training files and records are up to date for all team members
13. Manage company procured learning management system (LMS) or any
other training management process
14. Provide inputs to existing training materials
15. Perform activities assigned by the team members
16. Work on team hiring
17. Support in payroll activities
18. Manage the company vendors
19. Develop new training and training materials for employee development
