Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
2. Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
3. Receiving and sorting the daily mails/deliveries/couriers
4. Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook and issue visitor badges)
5. Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
6. Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
7. Coordinating the interview process with the recruitment team
8. Working on inventory management, vendor management, and updating leave cards (maintaining the manual document of the employees who are applying for leaves)
9. Assisting the HR team in joining and exit formalities

Note: The candidate will learn and adapt to the front desk role in this internship.
Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 9th Dec'20 and 13th Jan'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
