Job Description

Front Desk Manager

Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online Transactions.
Assisting clients for the specifications for orders and providing them with menus.
Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
Providing customers with multiple options.
Cross-selling Breads & Pastries and other products to the customers.

Mokaya took shape in Oct 2020 and is now a full-fledged Studio bakery and atelier. We are looking to ramp up our operations and are in the process to expand our footprint across Retail & B2B segments. We believe in innovations and creativity is the key to growth in this industry and hence harness the same in our team.
