A technology driven retail start up is looking for Front Desk Officer (Customer Care, Sale, Operation support and Co-ordination). Job Type: Full Time The job will require • Polite, smart and responsible interaction with the customer through phone and at desk. • Customers follow up, obtain customer feedback, phone co-ordination for dispute resolution. • Operation support and coordination.The remuneration will include fixed salary plus allowance including company provided shared accommodation, vacation ticket etc.
The employee will be given company full time work visa with mobilization expenses. Requirements • Must possess excellent customer interaction skills • Fluency in English speaking is must • Ability to interact with Arabic speaking customers. • Ability to interact with other Indian languages like Hindi, Malayalam / Tamil etc.will be added advantage.
