Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Thiruvallur - Center

We are currently seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Receptionists (Regular/Night shifts). As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring their overall satisfaction and providing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests, including verifying payment methods and processing payments accurately.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Handling reservations made online and telephonically, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability, while informing them of any special offers or promotions.
Coordinating transportation services for guests upon request.
Providing guests with comprehensive information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Staying updated on events and attractions in the area to provide guests with recommendations and assistance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
