Job Description

Responsible for inbound calls and outbound calls.

To provide conference calls as per requirements.

To maintain meeting rooms and conference rooms through coordination with House Keeping department

To handle guests, plant visitors, vendors auditors' entry exit activities.

To maintain coordination with inter departments staffs.

To handle courier services and other admin activities.

To processes reservations, hotel bookings, travel ticket bookings etc.

Desired Candidate profile

Female candidates with 3 to 5 years experience as receptionist with good looking attitude

Must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills
