Job Description

  • 1) Looking for smart Freshers or Experienced in the front desk. Only Female candidates are applicable . Candidate having hotel industry knowledge will be preferred.
  • 2) Greet and welcome guests ,responsible for managing the front desk & provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email .
  • 5) Make calls and follow up to the customer who has visited before & answer incoming phone calls.
  • 6) Maintain daily records of office expenses and costs/, maintain MIS and coordinate with the team/Manager
  • 6) Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • 7) Must know basic computer
  • 8) Candidates from Dhakuria or nearby places will be preferred.
