Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist (Female Only)

Work Experience- 06 months to 1 Yr as Front Desk / Receptionist

Key Skills:-

  • Good communication skills in English (Speaking)
  • Fair Knowledge of MS-Excel

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Job Profile:-

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs 10,000-12,000/- per month (Negotiable)
