  • Looking for Front End Collections for an MNC Company for Bangalore Location
  • Designation: Front End Collection
  • Experience: 2 - 5 Years in processing call center management
  • Salary:  40K – 70K PM with incentives
  • Including quarter bonus/ annual bonus,
  • Free coffee/ drinks and snacks. 
  • Qualifications: Any Graduate
  • Location: Bangalore
  • The Front-End collections leads and oversee 20-30 Collectors with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Loan Servicing Department.
  • He/she is responsible for effectively monitoring collector’s performance and ensuring superior operations of credit investigation, collections and etc.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and implement process improvement strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Supervises the entire operation of a unit within the Loan Servicing Department and ensures that corporate standards are consistently applied throughout unit.
  • Assists in answering escalated borrower inquiries and answers complex/general questions from Loan Servicing Specialists.
  • Develops relationships and partners with internal departments to identify ways to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness across the departments.
  • Manages incoming email and other correspondence.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors
  • Graduate any stream with 2-5 years experiences in processing call center management
  • Having worked in loan service department, NBFC or Fin-tech company and understanding of call center management for loan services
  • Have ability to lead and manager a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to answer questions and communicate issues clearly & concisely to associates, customers as well as management
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Intermediate MS Office skills required.
  • Ability to react to change quickly and implement new processes & procedures
  • Professional demeanor and excellent work habits are essential
  • Have a good communication in English and Hindi.
