Designation: Front End Developer

Responsibilities:

·       Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactive forms of designs, writing reusable modules, and maintaining the code.

·       Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.

·       Review and optimize the application usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.

·       Determining the structure and design of web pages.

·       Ensuring user experience by analyzing the design choices.

·       Developing features to enhance the user experience.

·       Striking balance between functional and aesthetic design.

·       Ensuring web design optimization for smartphones and other devices.

·       Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

·       Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.

·       Maintaining brand consistency throughout, the design.

·       Create a functional and attractive digital environment for the organization, ensuring a great user experience.

·       Collaborate with backend-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

·       Write and maintain functional requirement documents and guides.

·       Create quality mockups and prototypes.

·       Support back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.

·       Ensure high-quality graphic standards.

·       Stay updated with emerging technologies and practice them. 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer applications or related fields.

·       Hands-on experience with markup languages, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.

·       Knowledge on SEO principles.

·       Understanding of layout aesthetics.

·       Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and CMS’s.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

·       Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

·       In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (Design, development, and deployment).

·       A dynamic team player with excellent communication skills.
