Job Description:

Responsible for overall operation of Membrane Phase III Plant Cell House DCS Control Room Primary / Secondary Brine unit Chlorine & HCL Plant Caustic Concentration Unit and Utilities in shifts for processing of the same as per standard operating parameter and with the compliance of Quality Safety & Environment standards.
Plant operations for ensuring that the plant operates as per required norms procedures and parameters and with out break down during the shift.
Coordination with all the sections of concern during the shift for smooth handling and maintenance of the plant
Coordination and follow ups for CLTI Cleaning Lubrication Testing and Inspection with respect to health quality and safety of equipments in the area of concern as per the schedule.

Special Skills Required:

Operation of DCS (Emerson /Honeywell preferably)
Ensure that all safety equipments are in proper operating conditions and other safety norms and procedures PPE availability at the workplace for safe work conditions.
Follow up the process and procedures as per the standard of WCM and ensuring the adherence to the same to achieve the excellence in the process as per WCM requirements.
Participate in Rootcause analysis identified that the problem is because of Process Department and providing the same to the SH and suggesting the modifications for avoiding the same in future.

Qualifications: B.E Chemical Engineering.
