Job Description:
  • Execution & Monitoring of routine maintenance preventive maintenance predictive maintenance and shut down jobs Overhauling of equipment of Bagging & Customized Fertilizer with effective supervision to ensure zero defect maintenance for un interrupted plant operation in order to achieve overall objective of Electrical department
  • Availability of all equipment in healthy condition to maintain equipments in good health to avoid any break down causing production loss.
  • Cost and inventory control Optimization of spares & consumables to avoid any stock out as well as excess stock
  • System and quality Improvement Continuous up gradation in maintenance practices based on observation in field to ensure zero breakdowns
  • Turnaround Planning & Implementation Completion of all turnaround jobs as per plan by effective supervision and planning for improvement in equipment reliability and performance with zero defects
  • Training & Development Improvement in maintenance skills and individual development.
  • Safety hygiene and environment Safe working environment to achieve zero accident.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from reputed Institute

Minimum Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years

Location: IGFL, Jagadishpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
