Job Description

Organization: Aditya Birla Insulators -Halol

Job Purpose: Preparation of all monthly/quarterly/yearly (P&B) MIS for submitting it to top management with timely submissions for all statutory audits & Cost Audits along with monthly FG Valuation.

Responsibility:

To ensure timely preparation of monthly / quarterly / yearly / BRC / Chairman MIS reports for management review as per predefined guidelines.
Submission of monthly /Quarterly / Yearly MIS in Hyperion as per CFD guidelines.
Working on monthly FG Valuation.
Preparation of Yearly & month wise Budget within timelines and submission of same in Hyperion as per guidelines of CFD.
Responsible for timely submission of details for following audits;

1) Quarterly LR,

2) Yearly Statutory Audit,

3) Cost Audit,

Timely review and ensure adherence of all SOPs, DOA and effective internal financial controls
