This is a Learning On the Job Training Internship program and on successful completion 100% placement on Life Insurance Company Payroll. 

The location would be Mumbai or any other Location as per company policy and requirement.

The job involves one to sell life insurance through channel partners of Life Insurance Company (like Bank/NBFC/Brokers etc) or through individual agents or directly to customers.

The placement of the candidate may be any of the distribution channels where Life Insurance Company may have a requirement.

While your initial job role will be a FLS - Front Line Sales at one level above than the entry-level front line sales employees, you will have the opportunity to grow to higher levels after 12 months of joining. 

There are many examples of people who started their careers as Trainees and have risen through the ranks to take on managerial and leadership roles within the sales hierarchy. Additionally, you will also have an option to avail roles in other departments through their internal job postings platform, as per the company policy.
