Front Office Admin– Pune office

*Visitor Management

*Telephone Calls

*Rental, Utilities & Maintenance Bills - timely payment of invoices

*Key Management for Lockers & Cabins

*Housekeeping Etc

*Ensuring proper housekeeping of office ordering & ensuring supplies - cleaning material, washroom consumables etc.

*Ensuring audits of cleaning checklists and raising PR for supplies required, Coordinating with Indirect procurement team for placing orders and deliveries

verifying delivered quantities with invoices

*Invoice clearance from Finance as per orders

*Printing & Stationary

*Raising PR for stationey required

*Coordinating with Indirect procurement team for placing orders and deliveries

*Verifying delivered quantities with invoices, maintaining register for stationary in stock - ordering and control

letterheads, visiting cards & envelopes - ordering and control, invoice clearance from Finance as per orders

*Postage & Dispatches

*istribution of inbound mails & parcel

*Couriering outbound documents with agency

*Invoice clearance from Finance as per orders

*Coordination with factory for incoming documents/ parcels
