Job Description:

• Greet the patient & attendant according to the hour of the day
  
• Coordinating with the patients relative, IPD / OPD billing ( Admission, Discharge, Deposit collection)
  
• Display warmth & care in patient interaction
  
• Take call from internal & external  
  
• Ready to do any other duties assigned by the reporting manager
  
• Coordinate with other department to make smooth and error free billing
  
• Guide the patient to the appropriate department for tests.
  
• In addition to receiving of patients, attending phone calls and answering queries of patients and patient parties.
• Coordinating with different departments as and when required.
  

• Good Communication Skill, basic Computer knowledge.
  
• Should have positive learning attitude.
  
• Prior experience from hospitals would be given preference.
