Responsibilities:
Providing support for accounting functions such as payroll administration and accounts payable processing
Coordinating with other departments to ensure all paperwork is processed correctly and on time
Listening to customers’ concerns and resolving issues to satisfy them
Coordinating with vendors to arrange for equipment repair or replacement when needed
Processing new hire paperwork such as employee files, background checks, and drug tests
Handling incoming calls from clients to schedule appointments or resolve issues
Answering incoming calls from clients who have questions about the company’s products or services
Recording information about customer accounts and transactions in an electronic database or paper files
Coordinating with other departments to prepare reports on customer trends or business performance
