Maintain and update staff attendance everyday.
Assist Team heads with new Recruitment
Send monthly reports to HQ-H.R/Admin. - attendance, staff & intern details, asset purchase (office equipment, computer related)
Monitor and ensure overall tidiness of Office
Ensure utility bills like telecomm, water, E.B and Vendor bills are paid on time.
Attend incoming phone calls. Maintain register for postal correspondences.
Maintain files for office repair, AMC, Insurance renewal.
Record all Staff data on DQ App.
Maintenance of office stationery & pantry supplies.
Liaise with HQ-HR/Admin. Regularly on all HR/Admin matters
Ensure office protocol is followed at all times.
Assist in all other HR/Admin related matters
Accounts:
Record all expense transactions
Check, verify and submit staff conveyance and expense claim to HQ-Accounts team with supporting bills
Support HQ-Accounts with required details, at all times
Assist Team Head as per requests.
