Operations

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and addressing their queries.
Directs visitors by maintaining patient’s information and department directories giving instructions.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Monitor admission and discharge of patients
Provide cash/ credit/ corporate billing and discount information to patients.
To deal with complaints and give accurate information
Arrangement of ambulance for patients & doctors for picking up and dropping
Handling petty cash and documenting the same.
Responsible for taking admissions and maintaining admission registers.
Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while in the premises.
To maintain the records of all telephone nos. as well as ext. of different departments

Customer

Resolve all problems associated with patient billing if any.
Responsible for explaining the patient about discounts in the bills and handling cancellation of bills.
Answering all incoming calls and addressing their inquiries.
To ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and other facilities on day to day basis.
Expected Deliverables
Front office administration.
Maintaining inward & outward registers.
Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients.
Telephone operations ensuring immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls.
