Job Description

  • Handled all front desk operations, Incoming, outgoing, transferring calls, EPABX, Etc. Screening calls and taking messages
  • Front Office Management like coordinating with guests, meeting and greeting visitors, answering their queries and respond to their inquiries.
  • Travel Desk Management - Organising domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Raising PO for stationeries, handling Housekeeping materials and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Handling inward & outward courier documents.
  • Coordinating with candidates during interviews
  • Ordering Business cards, letterheads, stamps, envelopes, ID cards for new joiners etc.
  • Should be a woman
  • A high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal, email and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner / quick graspers
