Job Description
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate
- Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department if needed.
- Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office & welcome all visitors with smile and proper greetings and guide them properly as per their requirements.
- Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
- Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
