Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Welcome guests and inform appropriate party on their arrival.

Manage the Front Office in most professional manner, directing and coaching staff to en-sure pleasant experience to all visitors/Clients.

Answer all incoming telephonic queries.

Having prior information of arriving clients/visitors and ensure all necessary arrangements are done as per requirement.

Check cleanliness of lobby, lifts and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in proper grooming and behavior.
Handling e-mail enquiries, i.e. Meeting room booking request, Visitor entry, Vehicle entry & etc.
Keeping track of all meeting room bookings & ensuring complete setup in aligned with the internal support team.
Maintain lost & found record and sharing updated sheet to all the respective OPCO admins on timely manner.
Involve in employee engagement activities and support in aligned with the internal support team.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.
Maintaining Helpdesk tracker, Meeting Room Tracker.
