· As the person at the desk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will need to help them connect and engage with the right person
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person
· Coordinating resolution of member queries raised
· General information and request raised in person
· Greeting visitors, handling queries and offering hospitality to the Guest
· Answering the telephone promptly and courteously
· Ensure reception and office area is presentable and well organised
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
· Organising incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
· Carrying out basic clerical duties
Skills required:
· Graduate in any stream with min. 5 years of suitable experience
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Organised and detail oriented along with a flair for coordination
· Comfortable in flexible timings
· Able to work on MS Office/ Google Suite
