Responsibilities:
1) To check the attendance register whether employees are doing signatures into the register or not.
2) Maintain an attendance register.
3) Maintain employees outgoing & incoming register.
4) Water follow-up (maintain card).
5) Milk follow-up (noting down the missing days).
6) Paying bill to a paper supplier.
7) Conveyance reports (downloading from spoors software).
8) Courier follow-up.
9) Maintain Courier outgoing and incoming details
10) Receiving Calls and transfer to the considered person.
11) Giving information to the particular department that considers a person came for material or to meet them.
12) To maintain Pending payments Report.
Desired Experience: 0 – 2 or above also
Desired Qualification: Any Graduation
Languages: English, Telugu. (If they know Hindi that is additional advantage)
Age: 20 – 25
Gender: Female
Work Location - Hyderabad Head office.
