Job Description

Title: Front Office Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, maintaining visitor records, and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and customers. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, manage incoming and outgoing communication, and coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk and maintain visitor records. 
2. Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers. 
3. Handle administrative chores and organizational tasks. 
4. Ensure the reception area and office are neat and tidy. 
5. Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally. 
6. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member/department. 
7. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. 
8. Schedule appointments, organize files, and maintain office supplies. 
9. Coordinate client and internal meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. 
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and strong organizational capabilities. 
4. Competency in managing time and solving everyday tasks. 
5. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages. 
6. Minimum 6 to 12 months of relevant experience preferred.
