Job Description

Welcoming the guest and making them feel comfortable; putting forward the best professional behavior at all times.
High service oriented and Hospitable with good communication skills;
Should be able to handle phone calls and work in a team.
Sales ability is a must.
Interact effectively with all levels of support for spa operations and management; coordinate with vendors.
Take responsibility in fulfilling the revenue targets.
Should possess MS Office knowledge to prepare all the required reports; prepare daily reports for management and audit purpose
