The Candidate is expected to demonstrate reasonable amount of skills and maturity in the following:

Front Desk / Reception related work:

Greeting & receiving visitors at Front Desk
Announce & directing them to concerned department or person.
Answering, screening & forwarding all phone calls & enquiries.
Provide basic & accurate information via phone calls.
Receiving, sorting, distribution & dispatch of daily mails or deliveries.
Ensure tidy & presentable front desk area

Student-related tasks (Programme Office):

Fees-Follow-up for fees, resolving fee-related issues
Query Management -Providing general academic assistance to students and facilitating a good all-round student experience
Co-ordination with students
First point of contact for any student related work
Maintaining healthy relations with students
Maintaining up-to-date academic records
Preparing and providing transcripts and certificates on request
Ensuring smooth registrations,
Uploading of documents and processing of enquiries

Travel Desk:

Campus visits / ticketing for staff / travel arrangement for marketing activities
Booking tickets by sourcing the best possible price.
Sharing information with Team Members.
Liaison with Accounts on providing correct information

Timings 9.00 a.m – 6.00 pm (Monday thru Saturday)

IIAD offers 3 BA (Hons) Design Degree Programmes in Communication Design, Fashion Design and Interior Architecture and Design at its campus in New Delhi. The curriculum and pedagogy are focused on promoting the cause of design thinking and aim to cultivate creativity to address design challenges faced by the industry and the society at large.
