Key Responsibilities-

· To ensure a generation of leads.
· Candidates shall be female graduate.
· Shall be good communication skills and good knowledge of MS office.
· Handling calls both inbound and outbound tracking and making recommendation for enhancing customer experience, handling customer requirements and follow up cold calling and getting appointments for field marketing team.
· Responsible for attending all incoming calls, addressing them and transferring the calls to the appropriate department.
· Demonstrate professional and polite responses over phone calls.
· Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office, registering their names and contact details.
· Maintaining important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
· Provide assistance in general administrative activities.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Any graduate.
Must have MS Office knowledge
Communicate in fluent English
Positive attitude
Experience: Fresher- 2 years
