Responsibilities and Duties
- Making Parent phone calls and appointments
- Handling payments, receipts and billing
- Managing therapy appointments and scheduling
- Managing ongoing office logistics
Key Skills
The interested candidate should have a graduate degree, be child and family friendly and have good conversational English language skills. He/She should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Work experience of 2+ years in managing front office / admin function.
