Who are we:

What will I be doing?

• Attending phone calls & giving appointments.
  
• Co-ordinating with doctors & also with diagnostics, billing & medical records.
  
• Co-ordinating with clients.
  
• Maintaining important records & documentation.
  
• Record keeping of daily outbound & inbound couriers
  
• Maintenance of daily attendance Muster
  
• Ensure there is proper Complaint Handling
  
• Helping customers to make the right choice.
  

• Previous experience in Hospital Domain is Preferable.
  
• Pleasing personality with Positive attitude.
  
• Good English communication skill is MUST.
  
• Computer knowledge is must
  
• Language proficiency-Marathi, Hindi, English
