We are seeking self-motivated Front Office Executive [Female only] to join our
Organisation. In this position, you require to perform various
administrative and clerical tasks which includes a variety of activities
in the office, answering the phone, Greeting guests, filing, organising
documents, basic bookkeeping etc. Kindly refer the following
Responsibilities of FOE,Responsibilities and Duties
1. Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
2. Greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.
3. Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organised manner.
4. Administrative Work, Maintenance of office equipment.
5. Keeping all the stationary items up to date and order as and when required.
6. Supervising the housekeeping and ensuring cleanliness of Office premises
7. Attending meetings and taking MOM's as per requirement.8. Prepare correspondence and documents as directed.
9. General work of Accounts like issuing invoices,cheques. Making monthly bill payments etc.
9. Any other work assigned by Manager
