We are looking for talented full-time front desk executive for our centre.

Responsibilities and Duties

•     Handling front office activities, Welcome visitors and receive phone calls.
•     Provide necessary information to visitors.
•     Attending inbound calls of prospects, job seekers and client queries.
•     Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls
•     Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member/ department on a timely  basis

Qualifications and Skills

•  The candidate should have pleasant personality with good communication skills.
•   Fluent English speaking will be preferred and those who have worked in this field will be preferred.
•   The salary will be offered as per the experience and performance of the candidate.
