PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet new joinees ,internal stakeholders, clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Assisting external stakeholders to the meeting rooms and updating the concerned personnel
Receiving calls at front desk and transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Day to day admin work-like handling of stationery,forms, report and courier parcel and bills management
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintaining the data which is part of crisis management
Ensuring the biometric enrollment of new joiners
Preparing daily and weekly reports of activities performed and sharing with supervisor
Coordinating and ensuring the smooth execution of temporary card allotment to visitors during recruitment process
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures , rules and regulations.
Ready to extend support based on the business requirements.
