· Managing the day-to-day Directors operations of the office, updating Directors Diary and remind him of all appointments on daily basis.

· Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Planning and Managing schedule.

· Draft emails on behalf of the Director.

Coordinate with all the Departmental heads in collating, compiling and analyzing the information which assists MD/Director to taking strategic decisions and also assisting him in-day to day activities.

· Collect work reports from various departments and create a summary.

Travel - Manage flight, hotel & cab bookings, handle all travel related queries, uploading requests for Travel authorization, follow up on approvals, calendar management, printing required documents like agenda, e-tickets, etc.
