Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the reception area, warmly welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
2. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries
3. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order
4. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, coordinating schedules, booking venues, and preparing necessary materials
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments
6. Support the team with data entry, spreadsheet creation, and analysis using MS Excel, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency
7. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate administrative tasks, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment
