Job Summary

·         Handling all the enquiries – Walk-ins and Telephonic.

·         Responsible for selling memberships at the club through Marketing & Promotional Activities.

·         Responsible for Targets.

·         Maintain accurate member details.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Attend all walk-ins and understand their needs and appropriately handle the enquiries.

·         Ensure to collect the member details by filling up the enquiry form.

·         Brief them on the benefits of joining our club

·         Make regular follow up calls to the members and enquires for sales.

·         Fix appointments with the nutritionist and trainers for diet counselling and work out a chart.

·         Assist members with the scheduling of appointments (from trial passes, prospects cards, prospect list etc.)
