Operations Associate Responsibilities:
Performing administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
Establishing Selection, Training and other Operational processes
Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules.
Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
Assisting accounting and payroll as needed.
Manage employee schedules and rosters including the processing of leave and sick time
Understand the expectations of an open position to source and screen candidates
Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
Maintaining company databases.
Operations Associate Requirements:
High school diploma/Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business is preferred
Experience in a professional business environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
Experience with data management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
Must be detail and solutions-oriented.
