Job Description

Responsibilities:

Take and relay messages;
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Inform guests about the availability of tables and direct them to the tables;
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities;
Schedule meetings;
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;
Keep updated records and files;
If any Interview Appointment given, co ordinate with Admin team;
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner;
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data;
Hand out employee applications;
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
